a.k.a. Solomon Weave and Diamond Knot Button.
These are design to save your ears from the elastic bands on masks that go
behind your ears. Works with masks with ear loops. However these may not be
suitable for some homemade masks since the ear loops may not extend that far
back.

For your size; measure the back of the head from the back of one ear to the back
of the other ear and subtract one inch. You want your Ear Saver to strech your
mask loops so your mask doesn’t fall off.
